Shipping policy

International shipping:

All orders are sent via recorded delivery using SF Express shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to you.

Taxes:

If there are further import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes on entry into the customer's respective country, The Fashion Vault will not be liable for these extra charges and duties. Please check with your local authorities as to what these charges may be.

Orders over MOP$8000 are free of delivery charges

Packaging tracking:

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. 

Delivery insurance:

The Fashion Vault packages are secured directly by the shippers.

Delivery timeframe:

Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow for delays of 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions, warehouse sales, and public holidays.
