How do I start the consignment process?
Simply submit your items using the form above. Our team will review your pieces and get in touch to confirm if they align with our luxury brand standards. Once we agree on a price, you’ll ship them to us.
What happens after I send in my items?
We professionally photograph, upload, and securely store your items. Then we showcase them on our international platform, viewed by fashion lovers around the world.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your item sells, we’ll notify you and process your payment within 7 working days. No hidden fees, no surprises—just a simple payout and a little more space in your wardrobe.
How much will I be paid?
You'll be paid on a percentage basis according to the sale value of your item, as follows:
- HKD0 - HKD9,999 - You receive 65% of the sale value
- HKD10 000 - HKD24,999 - You receive 70% of the sale value
- HKD25,000 - HKD49,999 - You receive 75% of the sale value
- HKD50 000 - $99,999 - You receive 80% of the sale value
- HKD100 000 and up - You receive 95% of the sale value
